Staff rude food good

The new staff is friendly and nice. Very short waiting times at the McDrive. The burgers and fries were delicious ... cooked just in time. That was extremely bad a few months ago. Thumbs up. Please don't let up again.

Long waiting times at the MCDrive, unfortunately that was the case more often in the last two years, so that I have often regretted driving in there. With the car there is no going back :-( Food was okay and the staff friendly too. Then I decided to go inside. The kids like McDonalds and they're always there too. In the last few months it only became critical when we wanted to eat on site and the children had to go to the toilet - it is now closed. So that's done too. The only option left is to take it home with you or leave it as it is. Too bad.

With the last 3 orders something was always forgotten, as it is today. Reading and packing are really tough tasks. Also eat cold. By far the worst Mc Donalds.

You really have to control everything. First they chat with people without bothering about other visitors / guests ... and don't even get 3 cheeseburgers ...... bissi poor

The food is always cold .. just like today .. too expensive for the garbage can!

Very rude employees at McDrive. I'm really disappointed. It's the 3 times I've been treated very rude just because they keep forgetting something. I can not help it.

Meanwhile it is the third milkshake that tastes like coffee and not like vanilla ... unfriendly is not an expression for a mc sandey should I go to the machine and then pay for it at the checkout

Rude, even the manager of the restaurant! I'll never go there again. A huge cheek something. If you wanted to order from the machine and pay at the cash register .. We wanted to order at the cash register and the manager of the MC Donald was immediately unfriendly. I can only recommend everyone to avoid this MC Donalds !!!!!

Nice personel. Toilets were very clean!

Breakfast is hard to find on the screen. Then there are only three muffins to choose from, nothing else. Very weak

Very dirty, no table was wiped. Unmotivated unfriendly annoyed staff. Further visit rather impossible

I do not recommend. Three triggers at night

Been there around 10:30 a.m. on a Sunday morning and it was relatively dirty. Tables not wiped properly and the floor sticky in some places. After entering unkindly asked if you had already registered, which meant whether you had filled out the note regarding hygiene regulations. This was not obvious to find in the entrance area and was then given a rather unfriendly hand. When reading the note carefully, it became apparent that the form was not filled out correctly: it ended up "Your McDonalds team [location] In addition, the data protection notice read "Due to §2 Paragraph 2 Clause 2 No. 2 of the Sixth Corona Control Ordinance Rhineland-Palatinate ...". But the restaurant is in Hessen. Unfortunately, nobody could explain that to me. The apple bag was not warm and the muffin was cold as it came out of the fridge. Only the coffee was edible. However, what does not replace the friends over a coffee with muffin and apple bag on a Sunday morning. So overall - Rude employees - Opaque hygiene or data protection management - Cold food - dirty restaurant

Friendly service, and a consistently neat and clean "quirk". Integrated McCafé, which is my personal favorite. The food in the restaurant is not for me, but the service here is really good.
